Let's #KeepGoing
I'm Kitty Brin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Milwaukee area, and I help individuals heal from trauma, navigate addiction and recovery, and move through anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you rediscover your strength, resilience, and hope.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, creating culturally sensitive, inclusive care for every client.
I earned my Bachelor of Science from the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and my Master of Social Work, with a concentration in Behavioral and Mental Health, from UWM as well. That training gave me a strong foundation in evidence-based practice. I have since completed advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute, and I am trained in Brainspotting, a method that helps clients process trauma and support deep emotional healing. My graduate-level training in substance use and trauma-informed care allows me to support people working through trauma, addiction, and recovery.
My practice is a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore your concerns, process your experiences, and grow in ways that matter to you. Because every client is unique, I tailor my approach to your specific needs and goals.
I'm in-network with Optum, United Behavioral Health, and UnitedHealthcare.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, so I offer a 15-minute, no-obligation consultation to talk through what brings you here and see whether we're a good fit. When you're ready, I invite you to reach out by clicking on Request Appointment at the top of the page to schedule.
